A department spokesperson said the victim was shot around 11 p.m. at a location on MacDonald Road. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim was identified as 24-year-old William E. Bonney Jr.
Norfolk Investigators say they are asking for the public's help locating Craig Robert Mounger.
It seems like just yesterday we were all in middle school, wylin out in lunch and class....damn.
